Please include with your order:
- Purchase Order Number
- Date ordered and date required. (Please indicate urgency)
- Product Manufacturer, item or model number, quantity and price.
- Please indicate the "Ship to" and "Bill to" addresses (if different)
- Contact information including name and phone number
- Please include shipping company's name and your account number. If you wish to have items shipped prepaid and collect we will ship via Purolator from or Aurora location.
- Indicate shipping service required such as Air, Overnight, 9 am etc.

Our policy is to ship stocked items and back order remaining items. If order is "ship complete only" delays in shipping may occur.
